Our COVID response

As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, we hope that you, your staff, and your families all remain safe during these uncertain times. 

At the beginning of March, when it became quite apparent that the WHO would soon confirm the virus as an international pandemic, we took the proactive approach of purchasing a small stock of cleaning alcohol for our clients to use to clean the surfaces of our water purifiers. We sent out an email to all of our clients to offer them a cleaning/training session with our technician, free of charge obviously, together with a ‘survival kit’ of surface-cleaning alcohol. We conducted these activities (with our technician using protective gloves and face masks, which at the time was a little out of place) and now all of our clients are cleaning the surfaces of their water dispensers multiple times a day, thus keeping the risk of spread through surface contact to a minimum.
